Qiyam contributes to the design and improvement of the customer experience for the entities operating in the Rahman’s guests service sector from their arrival at their destination until their farewell, by providing research and technical consultations to the entities working in the fields and sectors of work in the Hajj and Umrah system, such as:

transportation and communications, rations services, catering and others.

Management consulting and performance development

The Qiyam Consultant team works to provide advisory and operational support to the entities operating in the sector through the cumulative experience of the company’s team of consultants, the network of specialized experts, and through studying the best international practices and adapting them in line with the reality of the system and the unique nature of the challenges of the pilgrim’s journey.

The package of services provided by Qiyam varies from studies, consulting, operational support, strategy development, among others, supported by a deep understanding of the system.

Projects and initiatives management

Projects and initiatives are the basic building blocks for the implementation of strategic plans. In light of the strategic shifts in the Rahman’s guests service sector, the agencies operating in the sector have a large number of projects and initiatives. Qiyam provides advisory services in developing and building initiatives in addition to managing and implementing projects and initiatives according to the latest international standards and practices. It also provides the service of establishing and operating Project Management Offices with the mechanism of building, operating and transferring knowledge (BOT).

Training and Capacity Building

Considering the ambitious directions of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in general, and in the Rahman’s guests service sector in particular, there is a need for qualification, training and capacity building in the various stages of the pilgrim’s journey.
